"Shoreshim" is Hebrew for "roots" and that's what we're about - helping the Body of Messiah get back to
its roots. Its Jewish or Biblical roots, that is. For that is what the Messianic movement is about!
Yes! We are concerned with taking the Gospel "first to the Jew". But the Messianic movement has to realise that is too
small a thing for it. God has placed into our hands a much greater task. That of calling the larger body of Messiah back to
its roots.
Those roots are definitely Jewish for we cannot get away from the fact that Jesus was Jewish and so were
all the Biblical writers. But those roots are NOT Rabbinic Judaism! No! The Judaism we should be interested in is Biblical
Judaism.
